Community guidelines
Pop-Ups only works when people feel safe enough to show up. These guidelines apply to hosts, co-hosts and attendees everywhere on the platform.
Be a real person
Use accurate information about yourself. Impersonation, misleading profiles and fake Pop-Ups are not allowed.
Respect boundaries
Consent matters online and in person. Unwanted attention, pressure or persistent contact after someone asks you to stop is not acceptable.
No harassment or discrimination
Harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation and discrimination of any kind lead to removal from the platform.
Follow each Pop-Up's rules
Hosts set the format, tone and expectations. If you join, you agree to follow them or leave respectfully.
Show up or say so
If you cannot attend, cancel early so someone on the waitlist can take your place.
Keep it honest
No scams, no misleading descriptions, no off-platform payment pressure, no fabricated reviews or ratings.
Report problems
If something feels wrong, report it. Reports are reviewed by our team and are never shown to the person reported.
