The platform's role
Pop-Ups provides discovery, communication and safety tools. Experiences are created and run by community hosts, not by Pop-Ups.
Hosting
Hosts must describe their Pop-Up accurately, give reasonable notice of changes, and follow local laws and venue rules.
Joining
Joining a Pop-Up is an agreement with the host. Attend the Pop-Ups you commit to, or cancel early.
Conduct
Accounts that harass, deceive, or put others at risk can be restricted or removed.
Payments
Paid Pop-Ups will be processed through a payment provider once payments are enabled. No payments are collected today.
Changes
These terms will be updated as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced in the app.
